Prick up those ears! To hear a most wondrous tale! Of a lupe quite mischievous, Played tricks, oh so devious! Till one day she suffered a fail! Hers was the moan, And the spooky white bone, Who frightened the pups in the dark! Hers were the howls And the ridiculous scowls, That caused all the laughter to bark! She teased the great weres And tussled the furs Of the afghans and luxes alike! So gaily she sang And her laughter rang, Though the others would rather she hike... Then one day she sought A most curious thought Her greatest prank she would make! Up through the wood, She thought it quite good, All the favoritest things she would take. But alas, not so! For wherever she'd go, Things seemed to go oh so wrong! She tripped on her tail, And sat on a snail! And pups teased her merry in song! Then this merry wee lupe, Fell in some goop And got stuck all over with hay! Through wood and brook, O'er rock and nook, The call goes out today! Though hard she fought, By Kentouma was caught, And carried on home for a bath! For all lupus do know! While fun it may go, A lupe lovers scrubbrush is wrath!
